Chinese Teachers
Ai Chi Jaekel
Ai Chi has a M.A. in Early Childhood Education from NYU and holds a New York State Teaching certificate in Early Childhood Education. Originally from Taiwan, where she taught in a children's language school for five years, Mandarin Chinese is her native language. Ai Chi came to the United States to study education in 2004. During her studies Ai Chi tutored Mandarin to children and adults. After she graduated for NYU, she also taught at a bilingual Public School, Shuang Wen School in New York City as a Chinese teacher. Ai Chi is currently a Head Teacher at Warren County Head Start. She has a passion for language teaching and likes to utilize her language skills to benefit other people. AI Chi teaches at our Ballston Spa location.
